As a part of its ongoing investigation of the breach, Frontier undertook a “deep dive” into their systems and discovered the extent of the breach was greater, both as to numbers affected and information taken.
Frontier has recently provided the ILSC with details of those discovered to have been affected and the extent of the personal information taken.
Not only did the Centre celebrate its 10th anniversary but also a renaming of the centre to ‘Mossam Gorge Cultural Centre.’ This renaming recognises the role the Centre plays in educating and celebrating Kuku Yalanji culture.
The NSWALC and the ILSC met to discuss the future of the NCIE Ltd.
It was reiterated that the Fitness and Aquatics Centre continues to be operated by the ILSC until a sustainable model is achieved. This will ensure community access to the facilities is continued.

On 1 August the Indigenous Land and Sea Corporation (ILSC) announced its decision to wind up
operations of NCIE Ltd. at 180 George St Redfern following the divestment of the site to the NSW
Aboriginal Land Council (NSWALC).
