Opportunity to operate a state of the art greenhouse facility

27 Jun 2024

Baldivis Greenhouse

The Indigenous Land and Sea Corporation (ILSC) invites expressions of interest from individuals, businesses and organisations interested in operating the Baldivis greenhouse properties (Property). The Property, as detailed below, includes two non-contiguous allotments made up of Lot 1 and Lot 849 Eighty Road, Baldivis, WA, 6171.

Encompassing a fully functioning, fully automated, Cravo greenhouse facility with option to extend current planting capacity, the Property offers significant scope for uncompromised year-round growing conditions.

The ILSC purchased the Property on the basis that significant Indigenous benefit to the Noongar People would be created through land ownership. As such, the ILSC is working closely with Gnaala Karla Booja Aboriginal Corporation (GKBAC) to manage the Expression of Interest process and the future use of the property.

The ILSC and GKBAC seek to facilitate the leasing of the Property to an entity that can operate at profit and a willingness to incorporate Indigenous benefits into a Lease agreement.

To register your interest please email your completed submission form to westernoffice@ilsc.gov.au by 5 PM (WST) 2 August 2024.
